8.10.4. VOLUME LIST service action
This service action reports the number of Volumes supported by the autoloader.
The CDB VOLUME NUMBER, PARTITION NUMBER, and FIRST
ATTRIBUTE ID areas are ignored. The following table shows the format of the
information reported as a result of this service action.

The AVAILABLE DATA area indicates the number of bytes in the data that
follows it. Even if the application does have sufficient space to accept this data,
the AVAILABLE DATA area is not changed.
FIRST VOLUME NUMBER indicates the first Volume.
NUMBER OF VOLUMES AVAILABLE indicates the number of valid
Volumes.
8.10.5. ELEMENT LIST service action
This service action reports the addresses of all the elements having accessible
MAM. The following table shows the format of the information reported as a
result of this service action.
Note
The addresses of all the elements shown here are those having accessible MAM.
Therefore the list of reported elements in response to the same ELEMENT
TYPE CODE need not be consecutive.
