This chapter explains what the commands can be used in USER mode.

INFORMATION menu

INQUIRY DISP
Displays the model name of library and drives as well as the version of firmware.

SERIAL DISP
Displays serial numbers of library and drives.

BARCODE DISP
Displays bar code information of media in each slot or drive.

ERROR LOG
DISP
Displays log data when an error occurs (100 latest items).

LIFE LOG DISP
Displays life management data (operation counts) for each mechanical part.

LOAD CNT DISP
Checks how many times media is inserted into the drives.

NETWORK
Displays the MAC address of the library.
OPERATION menu

REZERO UNIT
Initializes the library (Same as REZERO UNIT in SCSI commands).

CTG INVENTORY
Checks and displays whether media is inserted (Same as INITIALIZE ELEMENT
STATUS or READ ELEMENT STATUS in SCSI commands).

MOVE MEDIUM
Allows you to move a medium by specifying the start element address and the target
element address (Same as MOVE MEDIUM in SCSI commands).

IMPORT MEDIUM
Allows you to set media from the outside by specifying the target elements (Same as
STORE MEDIUM in SCSI commands).

EXPORT MEDIUM Allows you to eject media by specifying the start elements (Same as RETURN MEDIUM
in SCSI commands).

BARCODE
SEARCH
Displays the bar code information of media in each slot.

MAGAZINE XCHG Performs an exchange operation for magazines.

SHIPPING PARK
Performs a shutdown operation (moves a mechanical part to the fixed conveyance
position as well as backs up log memory to nonvolatile memory).

DRV CLEANING
Cleans drives (put a cleaning media from the import/export slot and eject it from the slot
once the cleaning is completed).

DRV F/W UP
Uploads the firmware of the drives (put a firmware upload media from the import/export
slot and eject it from the slot once the upload is completed).
