Chapter 1 Introduction

Magazine
Up to 6 cartridges can be inserted in a magazine. Up to 2 magazines can be
inserted.
CD
Magazine Lock Release
Used to replace a magazine. The magazine is unlocked when pushing it down.
Caution
• Do not touch the parts other than magazine lock releases and magazines when
the front door is opened. It may cause a failure of the library.
• When you remove a magazine, never put your hand inside the dock while the
library is powered on. If you put your hand at the back of magazines, it may
cause an injury with your hand caught in the dock.
Note
Cartridges are not assembled when the front door is open.
Make sure to close the front door after replacing magazines. Once the door is
closed, the library is initialized automatically to check the cartridges that are just
set.
