Chapter 4 Commands
Button Operations
“Up” button and “Down” button: No associated function.
“Enter” button:
No associated function.
“Cancel” button:
Returns to the command menu.
MOVE MEDIUM
This command is used to move media from the “From Position” element address
to the “To Position” element address.
Please keep it in mind that the command operates independently of the host
management software.
Press the “Enter” button when the command menu is displayed, and the LCD
panel display changes as follows. The library is now in Command execution
mode.
* The example above indicates that a medium in Slot 10 is moved to Drive 1.
Display
FROM:
Displays the start element address.
TO:
Displays the target element address.
1-20:
Store element addresses
D1, D2: Drive 1 and Drive 2 (Data transfer element addresses)
IE:
Import/Export element address
Button Operations
“Up” button:
Increases “FROM value” or “TO value”.
“Down” button:
Decreases “FROM value” or “TO value”.
“Enter” button:
When the cursor is positioned on FROM, it is moved to
TO.
When the cursor is positioned on TO, the MOVE
MEDIUM operation is performed.
“Cancel” button:
When the cursor is positioned on TO, it is moved to
FROM.
When the cursor is positioned on FROM, the command
menu appears.
