2.5 Warranty

Sonardyne warrants Radian against faulty workmanship and materials for a
period of one year after delivery.

Faulty units will be repaired free of charge, provided they are delivered at the
owner’s or user’s expense to Sonardyne or to any of its agents, and providing all
recommendations with regard to operation and user servicing have been followed.
