GAS CONVERSION

10. Lift the pilot assembly into the fireplace which

will give you access to the fittings under the pilot

assembly. Take extra caution to not damage ceramic

electrode on pilot assembly.

11. Using a 10mm wrench, remove the pilot gas line and

swap the pilot orifice with the one supplied in the

conversion kit. Be sure that the pilot orifice is fully

seated and the pilot gas line is tightened properly

to prevent leaks around the orifice. If not seated

properly this will cause an unusually high pilot flame.

12. Once the pilot gas line is tightened, reinstall the

pilot assembly in the fireplace using the two #10

sheet metal screws provided. Ensure pilot gasket is

intact.

13. Reinstall burner and media into fireplace with

#10 sheet metal screws from the bottom that you

removed in step 5.

GAS FLOW ADJUSTMENT

It is required you adjust the gas valve when converting

the fireplace.

1. Locate and remove the pressure conversion brass

plug and set it for NG or LP accordingly. Reinstall and

tighten.
