6 Troubleshooting
This list has been compiled based on the assumption that the equipment was functioning
normally prior to the malfunction.
General malfunction
If the display case no longer functions, check whether the mains power supply is present:
1. Check the fuses or circuit breakers for the circuit to which the Vision display case is
connected.
2. Check the residual-current device for the circuit to which the Vision display case is
connected.

If you cannot find the cause, contact your Smeva partner.
Partial malfunction
If the Vision is only partially malfunctioning and you are not able to resolve the problem by
switching the affected function off and on again, contact your Smeva partner.
Never open the control panel or switch box
Malfunction of the (optional) humidifiers
If the humidifier produces too little or no mist, first check the water supply and the reverse
osmosis filter. If this does not help, consult the manual for the device or contact your Smeva
partner.
