Arranging fresh products
Vision with non-removable cold plate.
The display case must be carefully cleaned and
the required temperature must be reached before
you fill it with products. The serve-over display
case is only intended for fresh products.
Make sure the presentation surface is filled
correctly, because this can affect the air
circulation and the temperature.
Only fill the display case with precooled
products.
Make sure the goods are not stacked too
closely together. This will ensure sufficient air
circulation around the goods.
