Control panel/thermostat
Depending on the product, the
recommended set-point for the thermostat lies
between -4 and +2 °C, with a 2 K differential.
Vision cold plate for fresh products:
Recommended defrosting cycles:
6x max 60 min/24 hrs
Defrost stop +6 °C
Recommended setting:
- Start defrosting: 00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00,
16:00, 20:00.
Vision forced-air for packaged products:
Recommended defrosting cycles: 4x 45
min/24 hrs
Defrost stop +6 °C (cycle off)
Defrost stop +8 °C (electric defrosting)
Night cover:
When night covers or roller curtains are used,
the temperature set-point must be raised by
2 K to prevent your products from freezing. An
additional benefit of doing so is that you reduce
energy consumption by around 50% during the
night, while still maintaining the correct product
temperature. For more information about your

manual for the specific OEM thermostatic
controller.
