When cleaning the display case glass, do not open all the glass panels at the same time.
This causes unnecessary, excessive stress on the structural parts, leading to deformation of
the structural system and possible breakage of the glass.
Due to the low visibility of the glass, do not leave the display appliance unattended with
the glass panel in the open position; employees and customers might walk into it.
Cleaning:
Before cleaning the presentation surface always switch off the refrigeration system at the
control panel.
Clean the presentation surface with soap and plenty of water. Never spray water on the
electrical parts outside this area:
- The control panels
- The mains sockets
- The fan
- The anti-condensation nose fans (hidden behind the nose profile)
- The lighting
- The technical areas located inside the frame.
