Cleaning
Clean with a cloth and warm soapy water. Then dry the display case.
Never use harsh cleaners. Only use cleansers with a pH (acidity) of between 4 and 9. Always
follow the manufacturer’s instructions for dilution etc. shown on the packaging.
When working in the display case one must always be aware of the potential risk of
electrical shocks.When there is no master switch or electrical plug that supplies the
device, the power must be switched off at the circuit breaker on the shop’s main circuit
panel.
Exterior of the appliance (laminated sheet)
A prelaminated decorative sheet can be cleaned in the usual manner with a cloth and
warm soapy water. Aggressive cleaners may scratch the surface of the laminated sheet.
Exterior of the appliance (anti-fingerprint (AFP) stainless steel)
AFP stainless steel can be cleaned with a mild cleanser and warm water. Rinse with clean
water and dry with a soft cloth to prevent spots. See below for more information about more
difficult-to-remove contamination or spots on AFP stainless steel.
Cleaning AFP stainless steel (severely contaminated surface or difficult-to-remove spots)
For difficult-to-remove contamination use a non-abrasive multipurpose cream cleanser applied
with a soft, damp cloth. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
Interior of the appliance (stainless steel)
Surface corrosion on stainless steel can be removed with a soft, damp cloth and a
multipurpose cleanser.
