Monitoring of output pressure
The output pressure can be monitored by the PLC receiving the output data from the regulator
where the output pressure is 16-Bit.

Output pressure 0x0000 0x02BC
Output pressure 0kPa 700kPa
(Ex.) When the output pressure is 700kPa, the set pressure value is 0x02BC.
