AIU

You use a stereo Y-adapter cable, which you can purchase
from a vendor, such as Radio Shack (274-369B).

The miniplug on this cable uses three conductors:

❐

Input at the tip of the miniplug is electrically
connected to the left Y connector (typically
color-coded black or white).

❐

Output at the ring of the miniplug is electrically
connected to the right Y connector (typically
color-coded red) and is not supported by this
release.

❐

Common (ground) is at the base of the miniplug.

Connect the output from the music-on-hold source to the
input connector on the Y-adapter cable.
