LED CODE SYSTEM DESCRIPTION ACTIONS
Steady On Normal LED is on. 1. 24 VAC is applied to the control.
LED Off Lockout LED is off . 1. Check 120 volt is supplied to unit and transformer.
2. Check to see if 24 volt is coming out of secondary side of
transformer; if not, change transformer.
3. Set thermostat SP above room temperature.
4. Check to see if 24 volt is supplied to and returned from
thermostat.
1 Flash Lockout Air pressure switch contacts are
closed before blower motor starts 1. Check pressure hose connection between the blower
motor and pressure switch.
2. Replace pressure switch
2 Flashes Lockout Pressure switch stuck open when
blower motor is ON.
Fresh air modular cable disconnect
1. Check wiring between PS1 and PS2 on the ignition con-
trols for proper connection.
2. Check pressure switch function.
3. If pressure switch contracts remain opened, replace pres-
sure switch.
4. Check fresh air modular cable connections between the
fresh air modular and the heater.
5. Check cable for cuts or damages.
3 Flashes Lockout Ignition lockout from too many trials. 1. Verify that gas supply available.
2. Verify that the gas valve is receiving 24 VAC.
3. Check if spark igniter is cracked or dirty.
4. Check ground circuit wiring.
5. Check the high limit switch, reset if needed.
4 Flashes Lockout Ignition lockout from too many flame
losses within a single call for heat. 1. Check pressure switch hose for leaks or poor connection.
2. Check pressure switch hose for condensate in line.
3. Check grounding circuits.
4. Check for cracked or dirty flame sensor.
5 Flashes Lockout Control hardware fault detected. 1. Reset power supply to l ignition control board.
2. If aft er resetting power supply and the 5 flashes still occur,
replace control board.
LED LIGHT STATUS CAUSE OF FAILURE REMEDY
