VOLTS DC TEST (VDC)

Verify the battery voltage at IFC terminal connection X5, positions 1 and 2. Reading should be between 5 and 7 VDC. If
the reading is 4.4 VDC or less, replace the batteries. If 5V or more, see next Step.
