Setting mode
Hints for manual setup operation
` The sense of rotation in manual setup operation does not depend on
the "Sense of rotation" parameter.
` Manual setup operation is only available in the positioning mode.
` Profibus: Manual setup operation is only available if the Profibus state
machine is not in the Data Exchange state.
` CANopen: Manual setup operation is not available in the "OPERA-
TIONAL" or "STOPPED" NMT – states.
` SIKONETZ5: Manual setup operation is not available in bus operation.
