This actuator is not suitable for use in a public low voltage system as
those common in housing area.
High energetic recovery
In case of high moment of inertia in the customer plant and simultane-
ous braking, the actuator may switch over to generator operation; i. e.,
mechanical energy will be converted into electrical energy and fed back
into the mains. The power supply unit must be able to absorb the develop-
ing energy to avoid destruction of other electric consumers.

Use only power supply units with a high output capacitance
(> 10.000 µF) or power supply units capable of recovering energy.

Use an appropriate brake resistor control if required.

Check that all consumers are designed to absorb energetic recovery
voltage.
External magnetic fields
Failures and data loss occur if strong magnetic fields influence the internal
measuring system.

Protect the actuator from impact by external magnets.
