If you want to
undertake a
recovery run

After you have
successfully
synchronised
your ONYX PRO with your chest belt you
can start your training by pressing START.
Display during
training:
In the upper area
of the screen you
will find all the
information on
your target heart
rate zone and
the remaining
time for your training unit. You will see your
current heart rate in the middle.
