The Multi-Port Test sequencer command also takes the commonly used test resource specification argument utilized by 
the individual Multi-Port tests.   The following additional parameters also apply to the Multi-Port sequencing command.  
Note that many of these carry over from optional arguments to individual Multi-Port tests.
