MCP trip ranges are selected to meet maximum settings per NEC table 430-152 and exception C. Art. 430-52. MSCPs are fac-
tory set at minimum and can be set to a maximum of 1300% of motor FLA per NEC 430-52.
Above ratings will not exceed maximum size allowed to protect heater coil for standard motor FLAs. Maximum ratings shown
on heater coil selection charts are not to be exceeded.
Do not use this chart for part winding starters. Use thermal magnetic breaker or fuse for short circuit protection.
If high efficiency design E or B motors are used, contact factory for circuit breaker selection.
