3.2 Edit device list
The device list contains the central communication unit and the devices on the KNX
network. Function "Edit device list" allows you to:

Create the device list
•
Add devices to the device list
•
Delete devices from the device list
3.2.1 Create device list
Create a list of devices. A device list created automatically comprises the central
communication unit and all devices integrated in the same line or area as the central
communication unit. Note that you must manually add devices of other lines/areas; see
Section 3.2.2.
When you use a line coupler as a repeater, only devices between the central communi-
cation unit and the repeater are identified automatically. When you create a device list,
an already existing device list is not deleted, but rather amended.
A plant with central communication unit type OZW775 must exist before you can create
the device list (see Section 3.1 "Create new plant").

2. Right-click
Device address 150
(= central communication unit OZW 775) to open the
context menu and select
Create device
list
to start creating the device list.
