Commissioning procedure
Requirements
●
The CPUs are in the "Factory settings" state or have been reset to factory settings. You
can find more information in the section Resetting CPUs to factory settings (Page 277).
●
The CPUs have the same or compatible article numbers.
●
The SIMATIC memory cards are as delivered or have been formatted and are not write-
protected.
●
The two CPUs of the S7-1500R/H redundant system have the same function and
firmware version. You can find more information in the section Firmware update
(Page 272).
