This module reads the signal level value. The signal level value represents the height
of the received signal (RSSI). It is output as a dimensionless value with number values
between 0 and 16,383.

Module 4 - Distance/i2w, RSSI/i1w
This module reads the current distance value and signal level value and configures the
resolution. The distance value depends on the settings for offset, measuring direction
and resolution.

The device status double word is read out with this module. It contains information
on pending faults, device states and switching states of digital inputs and outputs. For

Faults are subdivided into warnings and errors. Current measured values continue
being output when there are warnings; measurement is no longer possible when there
are errors.

Module 6 - Number of echoes/i1b
The value “Number of echoes” indicates the number of detected echoes in the defined
distance and signal level range.
This module reads the value.

Module 7 - I/O Counter/i4w/o1b
The value “I/O Counter” counts the switching events of the digital interfaces In1/Q1
and QA/Q2 since the last power on.
This module reads the value.
