6.2 UNPACKING
1 -
Remove the tyre changer from the packing and check to make sure that the machine is in a perfect condition. Make sure that there are
no visibly damaged parts.
2 -
Remove all the screws that fix the machine to the pallet, using a N° 13 setscrew wrench.
3 -
Slide the tyre changer sideways from the pallet with the greatest care.
N.B.: Keep the packing material out of the reach of children as it can be a source of danger.
Take the packing materials to an appropriate solid waste disposal pick up point if they are polluting or non-biodegradable.
6.3 ASSEMBLY (S 45 GP TL ONLY)
FITTING THE TANK:
1)
Remove the four 8x16 bolts already fitted into the tank fixing holes on
the machine body.
2)
Fit the elbow (

) onto the valve (

) sticking out of the
back of the machine body and fix it with the spin (
2, Fig. C1
).
3)
Fit the tank on the body and secure it with the four TE M 8x16 bolts
removed earlier
FITTING THE TOOL BOX:
1)
Fix the supporting upright
(

) by fitting the screws (
5, Fig. C2
)
into the holes provided in the rear of the tyre changer.
2)
Fix the tool box with readout unit (
5, Fig. C3
) to the supporting upright
(
4, Fig. C3
) using the screws (
6, Fig. C3
).
3)
Fit the 2 hoses (
7-8, Fig. C2
) leading out of the readout unit into the
hole provided in the back of the tyre changer (
see Fig. C2
).
4)
Open the tyre changer’s left-hand side panel.
5)
Inside the tyre changer there are 2 hoses leading from the inflation device,
already fitted with snap connectors.
Connect the hose (

) labelled “
A
” to the corresponding hose (
