Temperature Controller
(1) [PV] Display
This mainly displays the temperature of heating table.
(2) [SV] Display
This mainly displays the set temperature of
heating table
.
(3) UP Button
Used to specify temperature.
Holding the button down causes the value to increase more quickly.
(4) DOWN Button
Used to specify temperature.
Holding the button down causes the value to decrease more quickly.
(5) FUNCTION Button
Pressing this once starts auto-tuning.
Each additional press switches auto-tuning ON or OFF.

(6) MODE Button
Used to specify the over-temperature prevention safety interlock
setting.

(7) [EV2] Lamp
Illuminates when the over-temperature prevention function B is
active (when the temperature exceeds 210
°
C).
(8) [EV1] Lamp
Illuminates when the over-temperature prevention function A is active
(when the temperature exceeds a user-specified temperature setting).
(9) [OUT1] Lamp
Illuminates when a power supply signal is output to the heater.
