5.12 Sample Introduction System (Including Plasma Stand Interior)
"Fig. 5-7" shows the plasma light source.
The parts are shown in "Fig. 5-8" and "Fig. 5-9".

Risk of Burn Injury
There is a risk of burn injury. When checking the plasma stand, do NOT touch the
plasma stand interior for 3 minutes after the plasma is extinguished.
