Why can’t I record the sound from the microphone?

Follow the instructions below:

Double-click the speaker symbol on the taskbar.
2.
Click
Options
and select
Properties
.
3.
Select
Recording
in
Adjust volume
and confirm
Microphone
is checked in
Show
the following volume controls
, then click
OK
.

Confirm

Recording Control
dialog box.
5.
Close the
Recording Control
dialog box.
Why can’t find the drivers and applications?
•
You may accidentally remove them. Refer to the following to retrieve them.
•
The drivers are stored on the fifth recovery disc if you have created the recovery
CDs and in Drivers folder on your computer. To open the folder;

DRIVERS

The applications are stored on the last two recovery discs if you have created the
recovery CDs. Without the recovery CDs, you need to reinstall the operating
system from the hard disk.
If you are not sure how to install them, consult local service staff.
