Open the display cover; turn on the computer and check the memory size by
clicking

Uninstalling Memory Module

Follow steps 1-4 of the

Changing Memory Module

section.

Slightly bend both latches outwards until the memory module is released.

Remove the memory module.

Be sure to close the cover.

Maintenance and Care

excellent working condition.

Replacing Backup Battery

•

Danger of explosion if a battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only
with the same or equivalent type recommended by the equipment
manufacturer.

•

Discard the used batteries according to manufacturer’s instructions.

The computer is equipped a backup battery for keeping the information of the Setup
Utility, etc. If you see the message

Press F1 to Continue, Del to Load CMOS defaults,

F2 to enter SCU

repeatedly even after making the default settings on the Setup Utility,

replace it with a new one on the marketplace.
