2) Make a copy, Then use the copy output as an original to make
an RSPF copy again.
3) Check the copy output. If necessary, perform the following
adjustment procedures

5) Set the RSPF lead edge position set value (AUTO indicator
ON) so that the same image is obtained as that obtained in the
previous OC image lead edge position adjustment.

(3)Rear edge void adjustment
NOTE: This adjustment executes the rear edge void adjustment.
<How to operate>
When the adjustment value of the paper reading position is
increased by 1, the timing of the reading start becomes faster and
the machine reads the paper faster in 0.1mm amount.
When the adjustment value of the paper reading position is
increased by 1, the image reading start position is shifted to the
reverse direction. The adjustment range is from 1 to 99.
* Supported for the installed models only. Skipped for the models
without installation.
1) Set a scale as shown in the figure below.
2) Set the document size to A4 (8.5" x 11"), and make a copy at
100%.
3) If necessary, perform the following adjustment procedure.
4) Execute SIM 50-1 and set the density mode to AUTO + TEXT
+ PHOTO (Rear edge void).The currently set adjustment value
is displayed.
5) Enter the set value and press the [START] key. The correction
value is stored and a copy is made.

(4)Paper off center adjustment
NOTE: This adjustment executes the copy image on the copy and
the center offset position of paper reading adjustment.
<How to operate>
When the adjustment value is entered by the [Numeric] keys and
press the [START] key, the setting value is saved and the machine
makes one copy. (The setting value range is from 1 to 99.)
When the [INTERRUPT] key is pressed, the process is interrupted
and the machine goes into the sub code input standby mode. When
the [CA] key is pressed, the simulation is terminated.
(When the adjustment value is increased by 1, the position is
shifted by 0.1mm.)

When the 2nd printer center offset is selected, the duplex setting
becomes the S-D.
When the adjustment value of the print center offset is increased,
the image position is shifted to the right. When the adjustment
value of the print center offset is decreased, the image position is
shifted to the left.
When the larger value is set, the black banding could be appeared
due because the machine reads the outside of the shading area.
When printing is made with bypass tray, use A3 paper with the AB
destination or the W-letter with the Inch destination.
When the 2nd print center offset is adjusted by reading from OC
with setting the duplex as the S-D, the machine makes a copy by
reading the 2nd paper automatically after reading the 1st paper.

Set a test chart (UKOG-0089CSZZ) on the document table.
2)
Select a paper feed port and make a copy. Compare the copy
and the test chart. If necessary, perform the following adjust-
ment procedure.

Execute SIM 50-10. After completion of warm-up, shading is
performed and the currently set off center adjustment value of
each paper feed port is displayed.
4)
Enter the set value and press the [START] key. The correction
value is stored and a copy is made.
