The above parameter shall be set to OFF, to protect the Z-PASS against undesired (maybe malicious)
accesses.
This is the only parameter in the “Router Configuration” page that is working also when the Router
functionality is disabled (Router Enable = OFF).
It is important to note that, when the VPN is activated (see 18.7 paragraph), the parameter is automatically
set to OFF, as warned by the message shown in the following figure.
