6. Press the control button ‘Start / +30 Sek. / Bestätigen’ (18) to start the selected

programme.

WARNING!

RISK OF BURNS!
After the grill programme the rotary plate is very hot. There is a

risk of burns. Always use a pot holder or heat-resistant glove when

taking out the rotary plate from the cooking chamber.

8.6 Convection
During the convection programme hot air circulates in the cooking chamber. Convection

is in particular useful to prepare gratins or other crispy dishes. To cook in convection

mode take the following steps:
1.  Press the control button ‘Heißluft’ (16).
2.  The LED display (12) shows ‘100 °C’.
3.   Turn the turning knob (13) to select the desired cooking temperature (100 °C–190 °C).
4.   Press the control button ‘Start / +30 Sek. / Bestätigen’ (18) to confi rm the temperature

setting.

5. If you would like to pre-heat the device, press again the control button ‘Start / +30

Sek. / Bestätigen’ (18). After the set temperature has been reached a signal tone will
