• In case smoke is detected in the device keep the door closed to
avoid fl ame formation and to extinguish existing fl ames. Turn off
the device immediately and disconnect from power supply.
• In case of sparking, lightning or fi re turn off immediately the
microwave by pressing the control button ‘Stopp / Löschen’ (20)
and disconnect from power supply.

• Do not heat up food and beverages in closed containers. The
containers may burst and can lead to injuries when opening the
container. When using lockable containers always remove the
lid before heating, e.g. baby bottles.

• Food that has been heated in the microwave becomes unevenly
hot. Check the food temperature before consumption. Before
checking the food temperature stir the food or shake the beverages
to avoid burnings, in particular with baby food and baby bottles.
• Eggs with shell or hard boiled eggs shall not be heated in the
microwave as they can explode during the heating process or
when taking out the eggs. Heat up eggs only in suitable micro-
wave containers.
• Food with skin, e.g. tomatoes, sausages, eggplants or similar
shall be kiss-cut to avoid bursting.
