3 IDEAL COOKING WITH THE MICROWAVE
• For ideal cooking results place the thickest food pieces on the outer edge in the
cooking chamber.
• During operation cover the food with a suitable lid. The food will be cooked more
evenly and it prevents splashes.
• During microwave operation food such as burger or chicken pieces should be turned
around once to speed up the cooking process. The bigger the food pieces the more
often the food should be turned around.
• Meat balls and similar food should be rearranged after half of the cooking time has
passed (from top to bottom and from outside to inside).
• After the heating process stir the food to reach an even temperature distribution or
let it stand for a short while.
• To prepare microwave popcorn read carefully the instructions on the packaging.
Place the closed popcorn package onto a suitable plate and put it on the rotary plate.
• Note the recommended cooking time. Select fi rst the shortest indicated cooking time
and extend if required.
