A047 Undervoltage
A047
Description
DC-bus voltage lower than Vdc_min.
Event
Voltage measured in DC bus capacitors has dropped below the min.
value allowed for the proper operation of the drive class being used.
Possible
causes
Supply voltage has dropped below 200VAC
–25% for class 2T,
380V
–35% for class 4T, 500V – 15% for class 5T, 600VAC – 15%
for class 6T. Also, the drive is not capable of regulating DC-bus
voltage due to a great load demand.
Alarm A047 may trip even when the mains voltage drops below
the preset threshold for some time (for example due to direct load
connection).
Mains voltage failure (even of one phase only).
Failure in DC-bus voltage measure circuit.
Solutions
1. Check if voltage is supplied to the 3 mains phases (terminals
R
,
S
,
T
). Check mains voltage measured in
M502
and check DC-bus
voltage measured in
M501
. Also check the values of these
measures which are sampled in the
FAULT LIST
as soon as the
alarm trips.
2. If the alarm persists, please contact ELETTRONICA
SANTERNO’s After-sales service.
