A complete zonal condition (for example, the room range must be included in a
linkage)
At least one type of device should be chosen at the condition area
Delay time
At least one device should be chosen to activate when a linkage condition is met.
If the user input these elements incorrectly during setup, the system will deny and present
corresponding prompt when OK button is pressed.
Note:
For secondary trigger of linkage:
Two equipment types will be triggered secondarily according to actual application
requirements of the system:
Remote alarm equipment
Equipment connected to the multi-wire linkage unit.
The so-called "secondary trigger" means that when an activated module is stopped manually
and the linkage condition is satisfied again due to new fire alarm, the module is requested for the
second time.
The setup of other linkage types in the system is identical to that of system linkage. The
difference is the input box for other information is added in the linkage condition setup. The
following section gives a brief description based on the illustration.
4.3.2 Zonal linkage setup

A field of zone selection is added compared with the system linkage setup. The equation above
represents the following:
4.3.3 Building linkage setup
If any one of optical smoke detector or heat detector or MCP is triggered, the module
of no. 232 and 233 from Loop 01 of IO-board 02 will be activated immediately.
