registering an iSCSi device manually

On the iSCSI screen, click <

manual Add

On the Manual Add screen, enter the IP address, the connecting port, the ID and the password, and click

deregistering iSCSi device

Select the iSCSI device to be selected from IQN.

If you click <

delete

>, the DeleteWindow appears.

If you click <

>, the iSCSI device is removed from the list.

Use Network Port 2 exclusively for iSCSI devices.

When using a hub to connect an iSCSI device with NVR, make sure to use the GIGA hub and to use an independent network

to save data normally.

In an iSCSI device, a logical drive must not exceed 16TB.

If you use CHAP authentication in a vessRAID, which is an iSCSI device that is compatible with NVR, you need to use the

iSCSI Manual Add function to connect to iSCSI.

If you access a single iSCSI device from multiple NVRs, a problem may occur.

If you change the setup of your iSCSI device while an NVR is connected to the iSCSI device, a problem may occur.
