Memo Pad
Memo Pad
You can create a notes and store them in Memo Pad. You can’t prioritize or set an
alert for stored notes. Return to Memo Pad anytime you wish to review and edit your
notes.
Adding Memos
1.
In standby mode, press the
Menu
(left) soft key (
), then press
(for
Tools
) and
for
Memo Pad
.
If you do not have any saved memos:

The
Memo Pad
screen appears in the display showing “
No Memos
”.
3.
To add a Memo, press the
Add
(right) soft key (
).
Press the
OK
(left) soft key (
) to return to the
Tools
menu.

Skip to Step 7.
If you have saved memos:

The
Memo Pad
screen appears in the display showing a list of your saved
Memos.
6.
Press the
Options
(right) soft key (
). The following options appear in
the display:
• Edit
• Erase
• Erase All
• Lock
/
Unlock
• Add
7.
Use the Navigation key to highlight the
Add
option, then press the
OK
(left)
soft key (
).
8.
A blank numbered
Memo
screen appears in the display.
9.
Enter memo text using the keypad. (See
“Entering Text”
on page 41 for
more information.)
10.
When you have completed entering the memo text, press the
OK
(left) soft
key (
). “
Memo saved
” pops-up follow by the
Memo Pad
screen
appearing in the display with your new Memo listed.
View, Edit, and Erase Memos
1.
In standby mode, press the
Menu
(left) soft key (
), then press
(for
Tools
) and
for
Memo Pad
. The
Memo Pad
screen appears in
the display showing a list of your saved Memos.
