Currency — Reviewing/Editing Exchange Rates
The Currency Converter includes long-term average exchange rates as default
values. To review and/or change a default exchange rate to the current exchange
rate, do the following:
1.
In standby mode, press the
Menu
(left) soft key (
), then press
(for
Tools
),
(for
Converter
), and
for
Currency
. The Currency
Converter screen appears in the display. The
From
currency is highlighted.
To highlight the
To
currency, use the Navigation key.
2.
To change the
From
/
To
currency, do one of the following:
•
Repeatedly press the
Change
(right) soft key (
) until the desired currency
is displayed.
•
Press the
Rate
(left) soft key (
) to display the
Exchange Rate
list, use the
Navighation key to highlight the desired currency, then press the
OK
(left) soft key
(
). You are returned to the Currency Converter screen with the selected
currency populating the
From
currency field.
3.
To edit a currency exchange rate, do the following:
•
Press the
Rate
(left) soft key (
) to display the
Exchange Rate
list.
•
Press the
Options
(right) soft key (
). The following options pop-up in the
display:
–
Edit
–
Erase
(user-added currencies only — For more information, see
“Currency —
Erasing Exchange Rates”
on page 102.)
•
If needed, use the Navigation key to highlight the
Edit
option, then press the
OK
(left) soft key (
). The
Edit Exchange Rate
screen appears in the display.
•
Use the Navighation key to highlight the currency with the exchange rate you
want to change.
•
Use the keypad to change the exchange rate for the highlighted currency.
•
Press the
OK
(left) soft key (
). You are returned to the
Exchange Rate
screen.
4.
Press the
key to return to the Currency Converter screen.
