WARRANTY
12.1.
Warranty card
The product’s quality has been checked and meets the required standards and regulations
and is permitted for use.

Warranty card – if not filled in, corrected or illegible – is not valid.
12.2.
Warranty terms
1.
The manufacturer provides good quality and defect-free operation of rotary snow blower
covered by this warranty if rotary snow blower’s operation is performed in accordance with
operator's manual.
2.
Faults or damages to the machine found within 12-month period from the date of purchase shall
be removed free of charge at the purchaser’s or the manufacturer’s.
3.
Faults or damages should be submitted personally, on letter or by telephone. Repairs shall be
carried out within 14 days. Any repair which is subject to warranty should be carried out by an
authorized SaMASZ dealer.
4.
Warranty claims regarding replacing of the product or repayment are considered within 14 days
by the Manufacturer.
5.
The following cases are not covered by the warranty:
a)
fortuitous events or other occurrence, for which the Manufacturer does not bear any
responsibility,
b)
use of rotary snow blower for any purpose other than provided in the operator’s
manual,
c)
normal wearing of operating parts,
d)
damaging rotary snow blower’s parts as a result of overloading,
e)
clearing snow with blower without 3-point linkage flowing function on,
f)
any mechanical damages,
g)
improper blower servicing and storing.
