DISMOUNTING AND WITHDRAWAL FROM USE
NOTE!
When mounting and dismounting, please remember about personal
protection as well as environmental protection means.
NOTE!
When unhitching the machine pay particular attention to additional threat
such as crush or cut. Special protective equipment must be used: gloves,
protective clothing, glasses etc. Pay attention not to allow the machine lose
its stability and therefore protect it with supports.
10.1.
Dismounting
In case of partial wearing of rotary snow blower, replace any worn parts. Prior to this, clean
and wash the machine. If need be drain oil into a tight tank or protect connecting nozzles. Next
replace any worn parts with new genuine ones.
Pay particular attention at any mounting and dismounting works and use drawings provided
in spare part catalogue. Store damaged or worn parts in restricted area and then deliver to a scrap
yard.
10.2.
Withdrawal from use
If the machine cannot be repaired anymore, it should be withdrawn from use. Prior to this,
clean and wash the machine. Firstly, drain oil from hydraulic assembly and handle it for
utilization. Then dismount rotary snow blower and remember that parts should be segregated
according to kind of material used and delivered to a scrap yard or for utilization.
10.3.
Environment
Rotary snow blower is a fully natural environment-friendly product.
95% of parts used in the blower are recyclable.
Materials used for packaging are 100% recyclable.
Worn machine parts and packaging should be utilized in conformity with local natural
environment protection regulations.
During whole operation period, pay attention to prevent any oil leak from hydraulic assembly,
which may cause environmental pollution.
