Maintenance Manual

3 Backup

It is recommended to backup the machine regularly in order to protect your important settings, inspection
data, and inspection results from unexpected file crashes, and from inadvertent deletion.

CAUTION

Check the inspection software is completed when you make a backup.

3.1 Backing up in E: Drive

This section describes how to save the inspection software, its settings, and inspection data in E: drive.

The dialog shown in Figure 3-1 appear when selecting the inspection data or quitting the inspection

3.2 Backing up in C: Drive

This section describes how to save the inspection software, its settings, and inspection data in C: drive.

Open the folder named

Copy and save all files in

3.3 External Backup

This section describes how to save a backup in an external device. Because inspection results daily generate
a large number of files, it is especially recommended to backup them to an external device.
