PCB and what number ( C ) NG is displayed.

Item Description
Macro Code Indicates the component name.
NG Type :

Indicates the defect type (

) of the component shown in the upper right
image, and the test result (

Idle Count
Indicates the number of NG PCBs waiting for judgement, which were
scanned while judging certain PCB.
REPAIR Press if the inspection result is NG and the PCB is indeed defective.
OK Press if the inspection result is NG but the PCB is good.
Prev NG / Next NG Jumps to the non-judged component.
Prev / Next Moves to the previous or next defective spot.
NG Component Designates NG to all the inspection items of the same component at once.
OK Component Designates OK to all the inspection items of the same component at once.
Show Pattern
Displays the image of the first window in library registration on the upper
right of the Defective window.
All Windows
Displays all windows for that component not only the window for
defective spot on the upper right window.
Window Displays only the defective spot windows.
Drop down list under Window Allows user to change the defect type.

After all the judgements are finished, the dialog shown in Figure 3-38 appears. Press Step4: OK .
Edit NG Component Data dialog closes and the next judgement is available.

NOTE If the next PCB image was already scanned during the judgement and the result of the
PCB was NG, Edit NG Component Data dialog for the next PCB appears after pressing
OK .
