Operation Manual
The following describes the items of Auto Mode Setup dialog(Figure 3-30).
Item Description
Inspect
All the PCBs will be inspected automatically.
This item must be checked at any time.
Current Board Num.
This shows the number of inspected PCBs in Auto Mode. (*1)
Set 0(zero) to this item if inspection data changed.
Clear the Amount
Resets Current Board Num. .
Press Clear the Amount Ff Current Board Num. reaches Limit Count .
The dialog shown in Figure 3-33 appears.
OK Current Board Num. is reset to 0(zero).
Cancel Current Board Num. remains unchanged.

Limit Count
Set the maximum number of PCBs to be inspected in Auto Mode.
Inspection will be stopped when the number of inspected PCBs reaches the
specified number. After the operation stops, the dialog shown in Figure 3-34
appears. Press
OK to return to the inspection window. (*2)

Edit NG Components Not available.
Monitor Mode Not available.
Make NG files
Save the as many NG data as the preset number of PCBs in the same file.
If you enter the number of NG data and check this item, the making interval of the
NG file can be set.
(e.g. If enter 25, it can save NG data equivalent to the number of magazine rack
in one file.)
Lot Number
Set the lot number of the PCB. The inspection result is stored in the folder whose
name has and automatically created lot number, so which can be useful for
controlling the inspection results by lot.
Print out to journal
printer If optional journal printer is connected to AOI and this box is checked, the NG
information can be printed onto the roll paper. (*3)

Auto Mode Setup
NOTE
(*1) This does not include the numbers of the PCB inspected in Manual Mode.
(*2) If you wish to continue the setup in limit count after auto running is stoppled, press
Clear the Amount Fn Auto Mode Setup dialog to reset Current Board Num ., and
reload the image.
(*3) Check the Print Barcode of Time Information , inspection time / date will be printed
together with NG information.
