8. Press the USE INTERNAL STANDARDS button to assign size selection based on the
internal standard run within its lane-pair.

Refer to the next section (7.3) for instructions on using and external marker.
9. Press the
“Cassette 2” tab. This will present the Cassette 2 screen for programming or
editing.
10. Press COPY CASSETTE 1 TO CASSETTE 2 to copy the size selection parameters
(including the Sample ID Template information) applied to cassette 1 to cassette 2.

ote:
Cassette 2 may be programmed separately (or edited after copying) with different
parameters.
Warning!
The copy functions will overwrite any pre-entered values.
11. Press SAVE AS to save the protocol. A pop-up window will appear that displays the
protocols folder. Enter a file name and press OK.
Internal standard assignment will display the
odd numbered lanes in the “Ref Lane” column
