The above scheme shows the
use of the TC Plus with the
ISDN.
Alarm messages are transmit-
ted via S0-bus to the telepho-
ne network and from there,
according to message type,
forwarded as announcement
to the desired participant.
There are only the usual
phone costs with the network
provider. e-mail and SMS are
transmitted by a pre-selected
provider. Costs will depend on
the provider’s rates.
The TC Plus ISDN as well as
the TC Plus EIB ISDN can be operated by an internal S0-
bus of a PABX.
Please note, that in this
mode of operation it is
not possible to send an alarm
message, because no provi-
der offers this service.
