1. Troubleshooting
If there is a problem with the toilet, see “Troubleshooting” (

page 69).
If the problem cannot be solved, contact our local distributor.
Furthermore, even if there seems to be no apparent problem, continue inquiries in the following cases.
●
There are still unclear points even though you are using the toilet according to the user’s manual.
●
Cords are damaged or connection of the power plug into the outlet is loose.
●
The outlet, power plug, or cords are overheating.
If the above condition is left as it is, unexpected accidents may occur. Be sure to consult us.
See your Warranty Certifi cate.
This product comes with a Warranty Certifi cate. A Warranty Certifi cate is provided after the local distributor enters
necessary information.
Check the details of the Warranty Certifi cate, and keep it in a secure place.
The warranty period is 2 years from the installation date.
Even during the warranty period, there are some repairs which will incur a charge. Check the details of your Warranty
Certifi cate carefully.

When requesting repairs, be sure to present the
Warranty Certifi cate.
Repairs will be performed in accordance with the
provisions of the warranty.
If the repair is effective in maintaining the function of
the toilet, at your request, the repairs will be made on
a charged basis.
Charges for repairs include a technical service fee,
travel expenses, and parts costs.

2. Product type, product No., color No., and serial No.
(See the product No. label on the reverse side of the toilet
lid.)
3. Installation date (See the Warranty Certifi cate.)
4. Details of the failure or abnormality (as detailed
as possible)
5. Preferred date for house call
Never disassemble or modify the unit.
* Disassembly or modification may result in electric
shock, fi re, and/or injuries.
If water is leaking from the toilet body or the
water supply system, disconnect the power
plug from the outlet and close the water
shutoff valve.
* Electric shock, fi re, or fl ooded fl oor may occur.
If the toilet body, power plug, or power cord
are damaged (abnormal noise, odor, smoke,
high temperatures, or cracking occurs),
unplug the power plug from the outlet
immediately, and have the part repaired.
* Electric shock or fi re may occur.
