Preparations for Use for the First Time

Turn on the machine.

Connect the computer to the machine with a
USB cable.

Click [Show "ReadMe" txt.].
The ReadMe file i s opened.
Be su re to read all the in s tr u ction s and note s on it.

Click [Finish].
The comp u ter i s rebooted.

Open the print folder.
Open the “App s ” s creen and click [Control Panel] -
[Hardware and So u nd] - [Device s and Printer s ].

Open the properties of the printer to which the
Printer Driver has been installed.
Right-click on the icon of printer, and s elect [Printer
Propertie s ] in the di s played men u .

[Do you want to print the test page?] appears,
and then click [Yes].

• When yo u fini s h the proced u re by u nchecking
the [Re s tart immediately] checkbox, the
machine can be us ed after the comp u ter i s
rebooted.
• When [Fo u nd New Hardware Wizard] i s di s -
played, click [Cancel].
