REGELBEREICHE (A)

Die Brenner RS 30-40 BLU kšnnen auf zwei
Arten funktionieren: ein - oder zweistuÞg.

Die

nur Zone (A) fŸr FlŸssiggas.

sein als die Mindestgrenze des Diagramms.

RS 30 BLU = 130 kW
RS 40 BLU = 175 kW

Achtung 

der REGELBEREICH wurde bei einer Raum-
temperatur von 20 

°

C, einem barometrischen

Druck von 1000 mbar (ungefŠhr 100 m Ÿ.d.M.)
und einem wie auf Seite 17 eingestelltem
Flammkopf gemessen.

PR†FKESSEL (B)

Die Regelbereiche wurden an speziellen PrŸf-
kesseln entsprechend Norm EN 676 ermittelt.
In (B) sind Durchmesser und LŠnge der PrŸf-
Brennkammer angegeben.

Beispiel

Leistung 350 Mcal/h:
Durchmesser = 50 cm, LŠnge = 1,5 m.

HANDELS†BLICHE KESSEL (C)

 - ACH-

TUNG

Die Brenner-Kessel Kombination gibt keine Pro-
bleme, falls der Kessel "CE" - typgeprŸft ist und
die Abmessungen seiner Brennkammer sich
den im Diagramm (B) angegebenen nŠhern.
Falls der Brenner dagegen an einem handelsŸb-
lichen Kessel angebracht werden mu§, der nicht
"CE"-typgeprŸft ist und/oder mit Abmessungen
der Brennkammer, die entschieden kleiner als
jene in Diagramm (B) angegebenen sind, sollte
der Hersteller zu Rate gezogen werden.

Die Brenner RS 30-40 BLU sind nur fŸr
Brennkammer mit Austritt der Verbren-
nungsabgase aus dem Kesselboden
bestimmt (zum Beispiel drei Kessel-
zŸge). Max. StŠrke der vorderen Kes-
selwand: 200 mm, siehe Abb. (C).

FIRING RATES (A)

The RS 30-40 BLU model burners can work in
two way: one-stage and two-stage.

MAXIMUM OUTPUT

 is chosen within:

- * RS 30 BLU: area (A-B) for natural gas; 

area (A) only for LPG.

-

RS 40 BLU: area (A) for both natural gas and

for LPG.

MINIMUM OUTPUT

 must not be lower than the

minimum limit shown in the diagram.

RS 30 BLU = 130 kW
RS 40 BLU = 175 kW

Important 

the FIRING RATE area values have been
obtained considering a surrounding temperature
of 20 

°

C, and an atmospheric pressure of 1000

mbar (approx. 100 m above sea level) and with
the combustion head adjusted as shown on
page 17.

TEST BOILER (B)

The Þring rates were set in relation to special
test boilers, according to EN 676 regulations.
Figure (B) indicates the diameter and length of
the test combustion chamber.

Example

Output 350 Mcal/h:
diameter = 50 cm, length = 1,5 m.

COMMERCIAL BOILERS (C)

 - IMPOR-

TANT

The burner/boiler combination does not pose
any problems if the boiler is CE type-approved
and its combustion chamber dimensions are
similar to those indicated in diagram (B).
If the burner must be combined with a commer-
cial boiler that has not been Ce type-approved
and/or its combustion chamber dimensions are
clearly smaller than those indicated in diagram
(B), consult the manufacturer. 

The RS 30-40 BLU model burners are
designed exclusively for combustion
chambers with ßue gas outlet from the
bottom (for example three ßue gas pas-
ses). Max. thickness of the frontal boiler
wall: 200 mm, see Þg. (C).

PLAGES DE PUISSANCE (A)

Les bržleur RS 30-40 BLU peuvent fonctionner
de deux fa•ons: ˆ une allure ou ˆ deux allures.

CHAUDIERES COMMERCIALES (C)

LÕaccouplement bržleur-chaudi•re ne pose
aucun probl•me si la chaudi•re est homologuŽe
CE et si les dimensions de sa chambre de com-
bustion sont proches de celles indiquŽes dans
le diagramme (B).
Par contre, si le bržleur doit •tre accouplŽ ˆ une
chaudi•re commerciale non homologuŽe CE,
et/ou avec des dimensions de chambre de com-
bustion plus petites que celles indiquŽes dans le
diagramme (B), consulter le constructeur.

Les bržleurs RS 30-40 BLU sont affectŽs
exclusivement ˆ chambres de combu-
stion avec la sortie des fumŽes du fond
(par exemple trois parcours des fumŽes).
Maximum Žpaisseur de la paroi frontale
de la chaudi•re: 200 mm, voir Þg. (C).
