– Data is converted to a pre-selected file format, e.g., PDF, TXT, XLS, etc.

(default) – A standard GlobalScan feature.

Note
: If neither Active PDF or OCR are checked, the image is rendered in native file format.

Post-Render
–
File is sent to specified folder(s) within, e.g., local or network
folder, or back-end Document Management System. Services will only appear if
one or more Framework are installed.
Note
: If the Post-Render Framework does not require its own logon method, the Service always
appears here. If the Post-Render Framework does require its own logon method, whether or not it
is displayed will be dependent upon how the Service is synced with the MFD’s primary
authentication method. For example, if FileNET is in sync with an MFD using NT authentication,
FileNET will show on this screen. For details, please refer to Step 5: Manage Services. Whether the
login Service is required or not does not apply just to the Post-Render Services; the same rule
applies to Pre-Render and Render Services.
