Note that the appearance of the screen below will vary based on system configuration,
specifically, available Services are based on the authentication method selected in the
MFD Authenication field.

Show Only Selected Services
– Any Service that is deselected (unchecked), will
not appear if this check box is selected. Default setting is off, thus all Services are
displayed.
Note
: Services that are unchecked will not appear as a tab on MFD’s GlobalScan screen.

Services Headings
:

Service Name
: Lists the Services available for the project.

Display Sequence
: The order in which the Services tabs should appear on
the MFD display. This field is required and is numeric. Gaps in numbering
are allowed, as are duplicate numbers. The smaller the number, the higher
the priority. In the example below, the Display Sequence is
Email > Scan To
Folder
>
Fax
, etc.

check boxes) indicate
these Services are
always available, i.e.,
(displayed on the MFD).
They cannot be de-
selected.
Post-Render Services, such as Livelink,
FileNET, etc. bind with settings made under
MFD Authentication enabling login
synchronization. See section titled: Manage
Services.
